Salesforce, built into the way your business runs
Salesforce implementation that configures what it can, builds what it must, integrates the systems around it and launches on data your team can trust.
An implementation is judged on the day after go-live: whether people use it, whether the data is right and whether it connects to the rest of the business. We plan backwards from that day.
Everything between design and go-live
The four workstreams every implementation runs — in parallel where they can, and in sequence where they must.
Configuration & custom development
Declarative configuration and Flow first; Apex and Lightning Web Components where the requirement genuinely needs code — documented, tested and maintainable.
Integration — APIs, MuleSoft, Boomi
Salesforce connected to ERP, finance, marketing and legacy systems through APIs or middleware such as MuleSoft and Boomi, with error handling that tells someone when a sync fails.
Data migration
Data extracted, cleansed, de-duplicated and mapped from the old system, rehearsed in a sandbox and reconciled after the move.
Testing, deployment & training
Unit, integration and user acceptance testing; releases through a controlled pipeline; and training built around each role's real tasks.
Agile increments, one controlled go-live
Plan and design
Confirm the scope, backlog, environments and release plan.
Build in sprints
Configuration and code delivered in short iterations, and demonstrated to your team at the end of each.
Integrate and migrate
Interfaces built and tested end to end, and the data migration rehearsed until it reconciles.
Test and train
User acceptance testing on real scenarios, and role-based training ahead of launch.
Go live and hypercare
Cutover, then a period of close support while the first issues surface and are fixed.
The toolkit behind every build
Standard Salesforce tooling wherever it does the job, so what we hand over is something your own team can run.
- Flow and declarative configuration
- Apex and Lightning Web Components
- REST, SOAP and Bulk APIs, and platform events
- MuleSoft and Boomi integration
- Data Loader and ETL tools for migration
- Source control and CI/CD with DevOps Center or Git
Before you start
How long does an implementation take?
That depends on the products, integrations and data involved — a single-cloud rollout with light integration is far quicker than a multi-cloud program. We give you a plan with dates after discovery, not before it.
Configuration or custom code?
Configuration wherever it can do the job, because it is cheaper to maintain and survives Salesforce's three releases a year. Code where the requirement genuinely needs it.
Will our own team be able to maintain it?
Yes. We document what we build, hand over admin guides and train your administrators — or support it for you afterwards, if you prefer.
